My Cassete hub has stopped making any noise after i greased the teeth, should i be concerned about this? Or will the noise come back later.

what did you grease? the driver teeth, or the driver pawls? (which are inside the hub), if you greased the driver teeth, then it's not normal.

that's really weird it's the first time i hear that, did your hub make any noise before greasing the teeth? i don't really see how would you be able to fuck it up just by greasing the teeth

oh then the problem has nothing to do with greasing your teeth i think.
you have to take apart the driver and check the pawls and the inside of the hub. take pictures of it and post them

yes, but probably your rear hub is unsealed and removing the driver might make them fall, anyways you can always put them back. what was your bike model?
to remove the driver, just loose the driver lock nut and take off the driver

Grease quietens the hub, and as your bike has an unsealed driver the grease will of went in to the driver. It is better for your bike. I know the complete wheel Mafia sells comes with the Driver ungreased (Which is REALLY stupid) so it might be the same on your wheel. A quiet hub is not a broken hub.
^^^^ it should be fine

If it aint broke, dont fix it. Aslong as it engages and doesn't skip, it should be fine. If youre that worried about it take it to your LBS. My advice for you is to never open up an unsealed hub.

No problem buddy. But for Christmas/your birthday ask for one of these -> http://www.danscomp.com/products-PARTS/401191/Mission_React_Cassette_Wheel.html . That unsealed hub will become a pain in the arse pretty fast. Thats probably the first thing youll want to replace on it.
