BMX seat with pocket?!

that's a pretty cool idea, just have a lil pocket for extra cash and such in it. I like the idea

Dan's has them in black. $40.

The seatpost is $40 and the seat is $60.

I personally dont think its a good idea worthy of its price. Seats usually fall apart fairly easily, so I see no point in paying $60 for one just because it has a SMALL pocket. Once it falls apart that pocket will be useless. The zipper is also in a location where i could see it getting snagged and unzipped easily.

Only purpose I see it justifiable for is if you have your bike set up where 1-2 allen keys are all that you need to fix it and you ride long distances. Even then though id rather keep them in my wallet (which has a zipper, Shadow KIL) or even just my pocket.

Seatpost is royally stupid imo. Need tools just to use it anyway, and its aluminum. Im sure it would work to an extent, but I feel like it would strip or crack under the pressure it would take to properly tighten a wheel (over time.) Its not the worst idea, but I would rather get 6mm broached axle bolts and just carry the 6mm instead of carrying a 5mm anyway and taking my bike apart just to get access to my "tool".

I'm not sure about the WTP seatpost, but the Kisbikeco Seatpost with the same feature, which has been around for years, has a steel insert for the wrench part.

i got the smuggler. it's pretty high quality. just cost slightly more than no-pocket fat seats. I don't understand how some say it's overpriced. has 2 compartments. plus free 3 tools with bag.

couldn't find the seatpost anywhere though

i like the idea of this seat, but how big is the pocket?

Seat comes with all the tools you need.
