I failed the life test...
It makes sense if you actually need to, like for doing barspins and such but people who just pull them off to fit in are idiots. I just prefer running a brake is all.

Think from memory you are meant to have about a 1/4 turn of pressure on the springs.
Make sure the pads are set up on the arms even
