I have this weird problem, whenever i tight my chain, and then pedal my bike at one point it makes a weird noise and goes stiff, so i normally ride with a loose chain, but yesterday i got pissed off with my chain banging on my frame and I tightened my chain and rode my bike with the weird sounds and stiffness, after a while my chain has become loose by itself again even tho the bolts were tight, now even when mu chain is loose my cranks are very squeaky, they never used to be. Any ideas whats going on?

Sounds like your drivetrain isn't aligned. Post pictures or better yet a video.

Okay, check chain alignment if its not that try giving it a good clean and still like it after make sure links are upside down friends of mine have done that in the past when fitting a half link and put part on upside down haha, can cause it. Take the chain off and turn the cranks see if they feel abit rough when turning rather than smooth. Could have blown bearings but I doubt you have, if not just disassemble the cranks and oil everything smile let me know how you get on

Today i tried taking off my crank arm and cleaning my bb and greasing it, but im so unlucky lol the spindle bolt was stuck and i got pissed off and used all my strenght on it, later on i found out that the bit on the bolt where u put the allen key in, is fucked, when i put my allen key in the hole it slips, so now i really dont know what to doangry

As far as i know my sprocket is a tiny but bent but idk if that is causing the problem tho

Man that sucks, what I've done before is took a larger Allen key, about 0.5-1mm larger and hammered that into the bolt to make a new hole. Spray itwith wd40 or some other form of penetrating oil and let it work its way in haha. That is presuming you cant get them undone? If nit contact the company or go into your local shop and ask for a replacement bolt. About that sprocket, I don't think that is causing it but i wouldn't rule it out. If you have a spare sprocket that's straight give it ago smile

It worked for me with a star key before so its worth a try, it'll also help loosen the bolt by shocking it. As a mechanic i've done this on cars a few times but only once on a bike. If not you'll have to drill it out but id get an expert to drill a bolt out haha, don't wanna ruin the threads on the spindle

Yea, the wd40 id do first to let it penetrate into the threads. And yea, be careful and try to hammer straight if it goes bad take ti to a shop and they'll get it off for you. Try to hit as straight as possible

If the bigger allen doesnt work, I have carefully taken a dremel and made a single "cut" into the bolt and in rare cases used a flathead screwdriver and a wrench to bust one loose.

Otherwise some place could carefully weld a nut to the allen bolt and try to break it loose that way (I've done that one too)
