new churchil bars are similar geo i think?
8.75 rise (nearly there, a spacer will fix this)
29.5 wide so planty of room to cut down!
3 up which is very good for 2pc
and 11.5 back...

Well I have 8.66s now and I have what I believe is very early arthritis. The 8.66s stopped the pain from my 8.25s for a number of months, now I cant even ride up the street without feeling like my backs going to break.
Do you think maybe 9" wont be enough either? Im running a 33mm rise topload and a little over a half inch of spacers. I HATE the oversized bar trend, but do you guys think I should go bigger (9.5 most likely, maybe 9.25)???
Also, I just switched from a frame with a 11.5" bottombracket height to one with an 11.8". I believe thats why im noticing such more of a difference now.

If your back is hurting then that's a valid reason to run bigger bars. I'm running perfect 10s that I traded my stock frame for, and at first it was gonna be temporary but my back felt so much better so I'm gonna keep em
