What bar rise should I ride if my frame is 20.75 and I’m 5,7 ?

I'm 5'8" and I run 8.5s and 9s. Both seem pretty good for me. It's personal preference really. You'll figure it out.

Rise totally depends on your stem. Are you running front load or top?

I feel like rise depends way more on if you want to do candy bars than stems , I should re learn candy bars , haven’t done one in over ten years , more over the bar tricks would get me stoked
