I want to try and barspin but I don't know what way to throw the bars because I am left foot forward but I ride goofy

I am like you, left footed and right handed.
Start to learn them with your easy hand, and once you'll get them, learn the "opposite" (normal way) for throwing them in 180's and other rotations.
Cause with your good hand, you'll be limited to straight line barspin's (which is allready a huge amount of choices, down gaps, in fakie, out of grinds...)
