I always get my stuff next day from Danscomp since theyre only a state away. They usually have everything I want and offer killer deals aswell, almost always have free shipping available which saves me a ton in the long run. Rewards system is on point. Customer service really isnt there though.
Empire has the best customer service ever. I emailed them just asking a few questions about different parts and such and they emailed back 5minutes later and were super nice. Run by people who actually care about bikes, not a bunch of receptionists getting paid to sit by the telephone all day. That being said, theyre deals aren't as great and shipping takes awhile for me since theyre alot further away. They have alot of older and harder to find parts aswell which is neat. Definitely the best mail order, but I still prefer dans due to free and extremely fast shipping.

Empire are Fucking Incredible! Tom is Funny as Fuck & -puts up with My constant mind changing & is seriously the nicest Dude! I've been ordering from Empire for a good few years now & I'd like to say I've built up a bit of a relationship with Tom, he can be pretty sarcastic with Me sometimes which is awesome lol.
Casual are also fantastic!! Bobby is a Straight Up Bad ass!
