I always see posts about the best frames people have rode and stuff like that. Lets give love to the handlebars. They are more important than most of the parts on your bike and get no love.

That leads to my question... what are the best bars you've ever rode in your time of riding.

I've been riding since 98 and have rode a lot of types and sizes. trash, no name bars to expensive things.

So far in my time riding, my favorite bars are the Merritt Around the World bars (aka The Brad Simms Bars). The geo is so damn good to me. I cut my bars so width never really matters to me. But they were my intro into 9.5's and thank god for that. My back instantly stopped hurting with in a week of riding them.

The 12 back and 1 up helped my arthritis. My wrists barely ever hurt anymore when riding. They hurt more then I DJ and play video games. And this could be a placebo effect but I feel like they help my hop. I feel more comfortable with them. Plus they're my homies sig bars.

A close second would be the S&M Fu Bars. My hop didn't feel that good with them but they were also my first 10" bar. Might have been too high.

The Simms bars are just perfect for me. I wish they were 4 piece and I know they have 4 pcs with those specs (Rant & Kink) but they ain't Merritt and don't have my homies name on them.

I really like the Demolition Rig bars I have on my 24. I really like the feel and the big box look. I have MacNeil Tabernak bars on my 20. Basically the same specs as the Rigs but 9" instead of 9.25" and smaller box.

It's funny, all the bars mentioned so far are 12 back one up.

Hoffman lowdrag 4.43 where definitely the most different bars I’ve rode , weird geometry but I grew to love them , liking my Scotty Cranmer Jackson bars , used to be an s&m faithful when it came to bars , I’ve noticed most 2 piece bars feel the same

Old early 2000's Fit bars. They were unbendable. Although I am really loving my $30 Rant Sway bars.

I'd go to Woodward to kiss the ground he walked on. I'm not worthy.

Animal Scerbo Bars
Rise: 7.75"
Width: 25"
Backsweep: 8°
Upsweep: 5°
Still riding the same bar since 08. Tried bigger bars for a few months but it made me feel like I'm riding the bars more than the bike lol

Still riding my United Trinity "Corey Martinez signature" bars from god knows when. 8" rise, 10° back, 2° up. Haven't really felt like changing because they feel like a perfect fit. Although lately I've been wondering if I should try a bit higher bars since my lower back occasionally "gets tired".

T1 classic 8.85" are just about perfect. 12 back, 3 up, and a nice looking shape.
