I don't care about weight, I just want something tough. I heard Profile Acoustic and S&M Challenger are tough.

Challenger or Credence.

Preferably the Credence. Less prone to pinching and the rear face plate bolt holes don't go all the way through the body. No external cutout either.

Uhm, they are hunks of aluminum. Grab one in the color you like and without a bunch if cutouts and odds are it'll be fine

Profile, S&M.. find one of these in the color/specs you like. Love my Profile Push. Never slips. Only down side is it uses 1/4 allen key which doesn't match anything else on my bike

My old block redline proline is bloody tough and will never slip. Bolts haven't stripped and i have landed directly on the stem when slipping on a rail ride which messed me and my forks up.

If your looking for a good cheap one the. Look at the subrosa hold tight.. I think that's what they're called I had one and never slipped once.. I know it's stock but by far the best stock stem I've seen other then salt
