Hey guys so I was looking around the forum searching for an answer but couldn't really find one so here goes. I just sold my 2010 fit trl 3 because I needed money but now I got a job and have money. So I was wonder what complete bike is good for dirt jumping under $500 or what should I look for in a bike. I want a brand new one so any suggestions?

Is there any other bike you would recommend? I like to have more than one option. Thanks for replying so quickly

That bike looks great but I forgot to mention that I prefer a 20.5 or 20.75 top tube. But so far I'm liking these suggestions thanks a lot guys if there is any other bikes you guys recommend just let me know

Just so you know half a degree shallower on the seat tube and half a degree steeper head tube and the top tube length will feel 1/4 inch longer than it is, so a 20.5 with the above angle difference could feel like a 20.75 with shallower HT and steeper ST.

AKA:
20.5 with a 69.5 seat tube and 75 HT will feel a lot like a 20.75. TT length is not the only thing you should be looking at is all I am getting at. There are a LOT of factors with how a frame will feel.

Thanks for that info! I'm not really familiar with how the different angles and measurements work with each other to give a certain feel. All I know is that my trl 3 had a 20.75 TT and big bars so I kind of want a bike with a similar feel. Obviously I need to do some studying.

The brand Next is now Thruster, the same dept. store brand under a different name. I find it ironic that somebody had a craigslist ad for a "Mongoose stem". It was the same stem that came on my Hyper Metro. They just use the same parts on all the bikes.
