90^% of newer forks have been designed with those in mind. If a company makes a big ass tire, odds are that the forks will fit them.

Pretty much any fork from the end of 2012 to now. Look into Odyssey, Animal, Fit, Cult, Fly, Shadow, Eclat, etc etc..

Any of those will fit a 2.25"+ Tyre. There's a couple i didn't mentioned like the Primo Strand V2 because some of the HUGE tyres are veeeery tight fit!
