I have a set of these (I think they are v1's actually) and a set of Primo Binarys. I like the full plastic aspect for rough stuff so I have more time on them before replacement, but the binarys work great in parks.

Honestly, they are plastic or plastic sleeved. They aren't gonna last you years. You could get a set and if they suck, run em til they are toast, then get a different brand.

Éclat Venoms have been doing me good for a while , the sleeve lasts quite a while actually . I like the longer 4.5 length too .

I've seen 2 people crack the sleeves on Primo pegs doing feeble smiths on flat ledges , don't seem durable to me .

I weigh 250+ and haven't cracked em in a year + of use, but I also don't slam into grinds, and I don't spend whole sessions doing grinds.

Each pegs listed is about the same. Fit wizard sleeves are awesome for really rough shit.. Be smart, dont expect to grind some rough, untouched, unwaxed ledge and expect to grind easily. Follow that and youll be good with whatever brand you choose

Too many factors to define it. Cold weather can cause it to be a tad more brittle (we're talking like below freezing temps here).

Slam it down hard enough and that can do it.

I've found plegs to be the best for people who grind rough stuff all the time, besides going steel. You can rotate them and get a lot of life, and for dudes who slam them on stuff, they tend to last longer than sleeved pegs when it comes to cracks.

I like my cult butters because they come both in a 4.5 size and one between 4 and 4.5. Plus they come with an extra sleeve with every peg, the core is chromoly, and the peg itself isn't too fat
