What is the best stem?
Odyssey Lincoln.
Forged so it's stronger (Cba to go into specifics).
Only 3 bolts and a hinge so it's ridiculously easy to install.
Knee friendly backside that gives you a bit more room and you're able to see your sexy TT gusset.
Wedge doesn't bend the stem around the steerer so it's a bit stronger.
Only 9.8 ounces.

Bsd race v2. (In my opinion) the sexiest stem, also made of much stronger 7075 aluminum instead of the more popular 6061, I've actually had a few in different colours i liked them so much. A tiny bit less knee-friendly than some other stems, but it's never been an issue for me or anyone else I know who rides them. Never slipped on me, even with ruined knurling on the bars. Also one of the few toploads that looks good with 4 and 2 piece bars.

I owned a Profile for 2 years. Never slipped unless due to user error or unintended use. Really liked it.
I had a Eclat Burns for a year. Made out of stronger 7075 which made it slip ALOT until I got super knobby bars.
I am now on a Odyssey SXTN and LOVE IT. Specs are dead on, doesn't slip. No problems yet.
Make sure you pay heavy attention to how and what your stem is made out of. You will MOST LIKELY want a CNC'd 6061 stem. Cast stems are pretty horrible and weak, and 7075s are only good with specific bars due to 7075 failing to conform itself to your bars aswell as 6061. If you have bars with a significant clamping area, a 7075 stem will technically be stronger (aslong as its made correctly and doesn't look like a block of Swiss cheese) BUT you RARELY hear of a well made 6061 stem breaking so its fairly unnecessary.

Challenger, best stem out right now IMO.
My uncle gave me a DK stem in 2000, just retired it last year.
