I use my bmx for everything but the rain hasn't been much fun. I can cop, e but having a wet ass has been the worst. If anyone can recommend a good pair of winter tires with minimal spray I would appreciate it.

Also what's peoples thoughts on tire pressure in the wet?

No matter what the tread of a tire, water acts the same. There simply aren’t any BMX tires designed for riding in the rain because you don’t ride BMX in the rain.

If it's your mode of transportation, get a rain suit

Bald Kenda Kontacts.

Honestly though, I'd look into fenders because all tires are going kick up water and mud

This time of year I ride Primo V-monsters for a bit of grip, wear a set of overalls and just avoid puddles wherever possible. Still get a damp ass but the extra layer makes it slightly less shit.

For the price of two new BMX tires, you can find a used beach cruser with fenders on Craigslist.. Save your BMX from all the bullshit and rust, and ride the cruser when it's shitty out..

Man I can't stand riding in the rain, if it's raining I'm staying inside, if it's raining while out riding I'll wait a little see if it clears up if not I'll complain to myself on my way home. The rain gives me a good excuse to really clean up wipe down my bike even more so when it is raining and I'm caught in it.
