I have used goo gone, alcohol, wd-40, and other various things but goo gone and lighter fluid get the sticky stuff from stickers off the best

Body spray, I know for a fact Axe body spray works because I use it all the time... Spray a little bit on the sticky area, let it sit for a few seconds (Not more than like 10-15 seconds cause that shit dries fast) and use a rag, NOT a paper towel, and some muscle... And it'll come off no problem.

Brake cleaner works too but can eat your paint especially if it's a spray job. Orange cleaner works too and leaves your bike smelling like oranges.

I use armourall. Like that shit to clean tires and rims on a car in the spray bottle. Always leaves it super shiny and nice!

I normally use a bit of white spirits on a rag

I know that Coca-cola takes stickers right off glass so it will probably work on other surfaces too.
Another option is rubbing it with hot water.
