I rock small tires they just feel better and grind better seeing as I view myself a pegless rider
Also big tires are just a trend, 2.4's really that's just stupid and a big obvious sign that companies know its a trend and want to use that trend to get you to buy they're stuff, think about it

It made a huge difference to me. It also can give you more grip. Carving around bowls are better with fatter tires.
Edited Date/Time:
I'm not to sure on that bigger tires are better for carving bowls statement .......racers ride super skinny tires and carve some gnarly dirt berms at Mach speed just fine, I've rode 2.3 and now I ride 2.1 and probably go smaller next and I didn't notice a difference in carving bowls going to a smaller tire set
Technically it is, but just at grip and not speed, only better at grip if you're slow but why would you carve so steep at a slow pace?
Smaller tires carve better for speed, good for racing, tranny, and dirt

Big tyres don't give you softer landings... If you did a drop with a 2.25 tyre with 90 psi and did the same drop with a 2.10 tyre with 90 psi also you would not feel a difference. Tyre width is the last thing that will make a drop feel softer.

Tires represent the girth of your penis.
The front represents the dick you have in front and the rear represents the size you want up your ass.

wrong. The front tire is actually inversely proportional to the size of your dick (small tire=big dick, big tire=small dick) or an average tire means an average dick

Interesting, this explains why I always have the urge to buy a 20x1 1/8" Tioga Powerblock and run it up front.
Not saying you're wrong, but I feel like the wider tire has more space to deform and that would make the impact a bit softer cuz the force has more space to dissipate. I could definitely see that what you're saying is possibly true, but from my riding experience and intuition I feel fatter tires absorb shock better. However the main reason I use 2.25 rubens/aitkens is because I run 85-90 psi and I like the grip for wallrides, which a 20x1 1/8 tire definitely wouldnt provide and also its nice to have fat tires for feebles on rails/railrides
wasnt there a fat ass thread just a couple of days back about this exact same thing?

This. This is how I pick my tire sizes.

The thing that gets me is now a company will make a nice tire with good tread design and only release them in 2.4 or another huge size.
That being said other than feeling sluggish as fuck I don't really mind the big tires. My 28.5 wide bars on the other hand I have never gotten used to, and I've avoided cutting them for about a year.
I like that people ride what they like I don't mind seeing rasta bikes or oilslick if they like riding that shit, you know, whatever floats.
