Yeah, you pull at the very end and you can also kind of push the back end down with your legs too.

The more speed the smoother it will be and less of a shock on impact

Yeah, that too. That's why Sean Burns flys at everything.

Push your rear end down by extending your legs to take the impact better instead of double tire , let some air out of your tires , hold on like a bitch , that's it really.

Don't let air out of your tires. It just makes it worse and you run a huge risk of pinch flats and killing your rims.

A bit helps with the impact not letting all the air out obviously. I wouldnt want rock hard tires for drops .

With bigger drops you want more air. It cushions the landing a lot more.

this
plus you dont want to slam into the ground on a bare rim with a flatter tire

Definitely don't want to let air out of your tires for drops , unless you like buying new wheels

|

12/28/2014 3:27 PM

1) Land back wheel first

2) Haul ass

3) Hold on

4) Ride away

I'm confusing it with hops , but maxed out PSI = bad wrists
Average tire pressure : cushioning

idk I liked lower psi in my front tire for bigger drops for the wrists and ive done some high ones mainly into a bank or something along those lines at parks and such.

just make sure you go fast enough

yeahhhh I always run a lower psi tire in the front for riding. made my life easier, from street to really awkward landings from higher up in park

but I like high psi rear... idk ive gone slow on bigger drops, you just gotta land into something.

otherwise you gotta go fast enough and get that momentum to keep going. other wise you stick down and eat shit lol same with skating haha

Lower pressure up front is better than the rear. In the rear you want at least 80, in the front you could probably get away with 60 since the rear wheel takes most of the landing.

Also, the biggest thing with drops is to relax and loosen your body. If you're tense, even small drops will hurt.
