when i tightened my top cap it goes really stiff and cant move the bars and if i dont as much the bars move and back and fourth really bad and i tried inbetween both tight and not quite and it still wobbles what do i have to do and i also just putt a new headset on it

Double check you've installed it correctly.

You need more spacers under your stem.

Is your fork/steer tube at the very top of your stem, when you remove the top cap? You should have about 5mm of space below the top of the stem.

Yeh I made them like 3 years ago for some kid on here who also had headset problems haha.

what you need is the thin metal washers that go between the compression ring and headset cap, As with most who deal with this, when tightening your headset cap is actually touching/rubbing the headtube...
