Ok so my local has some good hours, 4;30pm to 9;30 and 5 hour of straight bmxing is usually a lot and requires lots of energy.. I eat healthy, get plenty of sleep, and drink lots of water, but i just get that burning out feeling towards the last 2 hours..
What are some things you guys do to keep energized and to keep going?? going tonight so quick answers are greatly appreciated.. thank ya
