My chain keeps getting tight and loose. I run brand new: Profile GDH cranks, tree OG spline sprocket, Profile BB, Profile hub, and Cult Half Link. I can't figure out what the problem is. Could the BB be out of round? Anything Helps.

Is your chain line straight? I have seen bent frames cause similar issues.
Also if something is out of round or somehow crooked. Inspect everything as much as you can.
