Bolt drive and spline drive

Spline drive is pretty straight forward. I use the sprocket with the same amount of splines as the crank spindle. But I wanna switch to bolt drive because there's so much more options. Do I just put the bolt drive sprocket on my 48 spline sprocket and it will compress when I tighten it or do I get different cranks?

Depends on what cranks you have. So, what cranks do you have? Some allow Spline drive and bolt drive to specific side only, some are bossless spline drive only, etc... Others are different. You might need a hat washer, LHD, RHD, New crank arm, different spindle, more spacers, and other random stuff.... Because I don't know what cranks you have. After you say what cranks you have your hub tooth count, and what side your drive is it's pretty straight forward.

But yeah, you just put it on.

You put the sprocket on with the right sized adapter (19mm or 22mm) then you tighten the sprocket bolt.
