Hey guys, I'm new to BMX. Right now I have Fitbike TRL 2019 bike. I wish to know what size bottom bracket I need. On the Fitbike website it says that it has a Mid BB and that's about it. I'm not sure wether to get a 19, 22, or 24 MM BB. Does size matter when buying a new BB. Thank you.

Are you keeping the same cranks? Probably 19mm

Yeah, it’s likely a 19mm, but you can always grab a ruler or something and measure it yourself.

Nothing, but I plan on building a new bike soon so I just wanted to know. Wbu if the website online doesn't specify the size of the BB but just says its Mid?

"MID" is the type of BB for the frame. The size is determined by your crank spindle size. The cranks on most completes are 19mm spindles. Aftermarket cranks are usually 22 or 24.
