Today I was at a skatepark that is fairly close to where I live. It's an amazing concrete park. It has a bowl, a few hips, and some other cool stuff to have fun with, but there's no bikes allowed. I, myself have never been kicked out, but I know of people who have because they don't allow bikes. No one else minds that we ride bikes there! I guess there's some old woman with nothing better to do but sit and watch the cameras. Therefore, she calls the cops and they drive by so we have to go jump on our long boards because we don't have real boards. There are so many other rules being broken though, people smoke there ALL THE TIME or they are using other tobacco products. People write on the boxes and stuff. I haven't heard of a single person being kicked out for doing any of that, but people trying to ride bikes are getting kicked out left and right! Do any of you guys have this problem? Do you guys know of any ways we can change that cities mind about bikes? Everybody, whether they ride a board, scooter, roller blades or if they just come to watch they all say the 'No Bikes Rule' is stupid.
