I'm trying to decide between the Primo Freemix freecoaster or the demolition rotator freecoaster.
Either one will be laced to an Eclat trippin straight rim cus im on a budget. Anyways can you guys help me decide im seriously going back and forth here.

Not to add to your indecision but you should spend $5 more on your rim and get this:
http://www.albes.com/sunrhynolitexlrim.aspx
It's lighter and has a welded seam instead of a pinned seam like the Eclat so it's stronger too. It's not a budget rim like the Eclat it's a really good rim that happens to be light and cheap.

I love my rotator, it has slack adjustment but I just left mine stock and it works great

Well, the Primo Freemix has a preset slack that you can't adjust. I have no idea about the Demolition Rotator, V2 I assume. And yeah, go with the rim suggestion above. Never ever buy pinned crap unless you 100% absolutely have to.

I would get the Demolition just because it comes with washers that you can adjust the slack with if you ever want to. The Primo has no adjustable slack so what you get is what you get, and if you don't like it then you're pretty much stuck with it.
