I won't be able to try them till I hit up penn, but there a pain in the ass! i keep hiting my frame, do I need to table top or anything? Please help me

I find them easier to do them with your front foot, although its more uncomfortable to me, you will get used to it!

No dude its defff unnatural to want to take your feet off.
I recommend doing them on a 4-5 foot dirt jump. A real nice poppy fly out works great to.
either way just make sure you have alot of time in the air to start learning them.
Also I do alot of upside down biking(laying upside down with bike on feet, that could help you get the feel aswell.

as usual practice makes perfect, good luck.

ohh, im used to taking my feet off, i just have a hard time getting it over. But ill practice, I try the laying on upside down, thanks man.

can cans r my bitches, all u do mayne is take babay steps take ur leg off the pedal (whichever leg feels more comfy front or back doesnt matter) take it off and lift it straight up put it back on pedal land then get real comfy with that and then take ur leg off put it a little over the toptube. get real comfy with that then take it a little more and gradually work ur way up. then u will not notice it but u will eventually be extending them all the way,

yeah nfc's are definitely easier i have them so i can almost kick the handlebars and i can barely do a can can without landing cross legged

trails are not skateparks, they exist solely from the work and dedication of local riders. so next time you start complaining about not having local trails to ride, you only need look at yourself.
