It looks like a late 90's Schwinn Jay Miron frame but I think it's either one of the lower end versions or a department store knockoff frame. The cheap, flat steel bridgeplate on the chainstays is what makes me think it's a lower end frame.

Actually scratch that, just noticed the break mounts are in the wrong place.

Have a look on bmx museum.com I'm sure you'll find it on there.

There were several versions of the Miron signature frame: Canadian Beast, Hydramatic, Powermatic, Supermatic, etc. The frames changed from wishbone seatstays to wishbone chainstays and from seatstay brake mounts to chainstay brake mounts. I couldn't find any version that matched your frame exactly. And as I said before, that flat bridgeplate on the chainstays is something you generally see on lower end frames. It looks like that tab on it is a fender mount.

Its very hard to know what this is,it looks very much like the schwinn mironbut as you say the brake mounts are in the wrong place, this frame is very light nearly as lite as the vitus duranilox frame, and i remember bitd that all cheap frames were heavy as a rock some like the weight of a grifter lol....cheers guys for your input wink

It looks like it had a kickstand mount on the chainstays, and a chainguard mount on the one chainstay. I would bet it is entry level or departmentstore.

Try grabbing the serial # and emailing companies and see what the situation is, they can search that serial number and see if it is one of theirs.

It will be on the Bottom Bracket (where cranks go through the frame) stamped into the metal.
