Cant 180 hop properly

So I recently started riding bmx, and I'm having trouble doing 180 hops. I can get a full rotation (still cant really land) when i do like a 2 wheel hop 180 but i dont get like any height. But when i try to do a 180 bunny hop (like front wheel up first) i can barely make a 90. Any help?

also I can fakie almost every attempt, I can bunny hop, and manual.

You literally just have to put more effort into it. You could try carving more until you get the feel for it, but don't let it become a habit otherwise you'll find 180ing off/out of things a bit awkward. And you might struggle to roll out of it

Sounds like you might just need to build up a bit more muscle . Practice on a roller/ramp at your local skatepark. It will help build muscle and muscle memory in your arms and legs. Dont scooter hop (both wheels off the ground at the same time) itll just make riding that much harder. Trust me my friend does it. Also turn your head in the direction of rotation and see if that helps

Look over your shoulder and spot your landing, you'll make the full rotation.
