This is probably obvious but sometimes when I'm riding my bike and accelerate really hard, I will hear a popping noise and the chain slips. This has actually broke a chain once and I don't want that to happen again on its brand new chain. What is wrong with the bike?

Can you make a video of this happening?
How old is the chain?
Does the chain have stiff links?
Is the chain the right size?

Chains only really break from poor install or abuse...

I ride an incredibly loose chain-so loose I can remove it without moving my wheel(my wheel is slammed so. . .) and it sounds awful.

Its not the chain, its the pawls skipping on the driver inside the rear hub.
