I need a chain tensioner, what should I get

Depends on the size of your dropouts. As far as I'm aware, no one makes anything decent for small dropouts. And they get in the way. Just tighten your wheel nut/bolt more

Jam somethin(I usually use a tire lever, or a flathead screw driver.) between your tire and seatstay bridge(or wishbone, whichever is closer to the tire), and pull back the tire with it, get it right, then let off just a hair. Tighten it down, you're set.

If your wheels slipping try sanding the paint off your dropout , if that doesn't work lift some weights and tighten it more
