? your sprocket isn't supposed to move, that's why the bolt's there.

Oh I meant the cranks and spindal bolt, when I tighten nothing moves(cranks arms, spindal)

Tightening your sprocket bolt shouldn't affect your cranks spinning

In your bottom bracket between the bearings, there is supposed to be a spacer that spans from one bearing to the next.
[LINK TO IMAGE]

That spacer is there to keep the bearings from seizing up if you over tighten your spindle bolt.
If that spacer isn't there or is too short, and you over tighten the bolt, your cranks wont spin well if at all.

Make sure you have the right spacer in there, then tighten you spindle bolts, then your pinch bolts (unless they are 48spline)

If that don't work take pictures of your setup and explain better what's going on.
Good luck.

You've probably worn the splines on your crank or spindle. When you ride a loose crank the splines rub against each other and eventually wear out.

Once they are worn there's not much you can do except keep tightening it. If this is the situation the best fix is new cranks.
