Cracked rim/flattened tire

I cracked my rim the other day. Didn't realize it until I saw my tire was flat. Can't get back tire off to replace it because the bolts are rusty. I made an attempt a few weeks ago to remove the back tire to paint the frame, but ended up bending the extender to my socket wrench. (Don't ask lol) It just wouldn't come off. (Yes I was turning it the correct way) Got so frustrated that I decided just to leave it, but now I need it off. Anyone know a way to get the rusty bolts off?Photo

that's not a crack, it's a pinned seam as opposed to a welded one. it's supposed to look like that. If it starts splitting apart though, then it's going bad.


spray some WD40 in the threads right where the nuts are and let it sit for a bit, then try.

Lol. You have to take your wheel off the frame before you can remove the tire
