How do I install a three peice crank and American BB, bought them off some guy who gave a zip lock bag with all the BB parts, said that I can put it together with a little effort. I don't have a crank press so is there a way to do it, or should I just bring it the shop, who might claim i don't have all the parts? Also, how much does a new bottom bracket cost?
