Crazy Kids At The Skatepark (Update)

Those kids were a bunch of loons.

Just so you all know, that whole town stinks like rotten eggs because of the coke plant. It's basically super powerful coal used to make steel that they manufacture there, not the drug coke or soft drink Coca-Cola. So they probably got sick in the head from breathing that for so long. lol

why do you have to break into a park? kind of makes bike riders look shitty no? as for the kids, beat them up

I would've done pretty much the same thing as you guys. Kids like that are fun to mess with.

I'm basically not allowed to ride in my home town and that's the nearest park. 30 minutes away really too. So you gotta do what you gotta do to ride at this point.

I probably would have walked over to them and scared them (I am a bigger dude) and then to be creepy, I would have followed them wherever they went. If you were outside of the park and got hit by a rock you could legally press charges for assault. I say outside of the park because you broke in.

That was pretty funny , should have shot some fireworks at them

It's opening on Monday. The guy who owns the park is a huge douche. And anymore, we really don't have much to lose. We are already generalized as criminals and scum of this earth.

I'm not real butthurt about the kids. They're just kids and all. No one got hurt so it's no big deal.

The video is out there so if parents see it then they see it. I'm not taking it down. I showed my mom and she said that she's glad that we filmed it all and encouraged to film whenever I get into a situation like that.

Here is an update on the story:

I get a text from Max this morning that says that some kid commented on the video and said something like "I know those kids they're (then he stated their names) and I just sent this video to his dad."

So I go investigate on who this person is and it just so happens that I am friends with him on Facebook. So I messaged him and said, Hey, man, You said you sent that video to that kid's dad, right?" And he replies with "Yeah. His dad saw the video and told me that he talked to him and if it happens again to tell him. Why?" Then he gave me his dad's name. I said, "Why would you do that? They were just kids being kids. They were acting out in front of us older guys and and teenagers to most likely show off or something. I don't want them to be in trouble. I am fully aware that what they did was wrong but I didn't think it was that big of a deal because none of us got hurt." And then he says, "I know the kid and his dad is religious as fuck. And he always used to try to tell my parents that I smoked when I didn't. I am sorry." At this point, I'm thinking that this kid is an idiot who is trying to just start trouble but I keep my cool. I say, "I'm not mad. I just didn't think that that was necessary." And he said, "Kay man, sorry." And then some time passes.

A little bit later he messages me and says, "I'd watch out because his dad works for VFD." For those of you who don't know, VFD stands for Volunteer Fire Department. I then sent him a long message basically saying, "After seeing the video multiple times and seeing what happened in real life, I just assumed that John was having a bad day or something and he took it out on us. None of us got hurt so I didn't feel that getting anyone in trouble was necessary. I uploaded the video knowing that there was a chance that his legal guardian might see it but I didn't want anyone to send it to his dad and be like 'Hey, look what your son is doing to these kids at the skatepark.'" He then says, "Okay. By the way, keep up the good work with you're skating. (he means BMX) I enjoy watching the webisodes." I say, "For sure. Thanks."


I know that was a lot to read and I'm sorry but that's the update. Hopefully everything will be okay but he did tell me to watch out because his dad is a fire fighter. That has me a little worried. I'm going to the skatepark tomorrow so there is a chance that we might see John and/or his dad.

What do you guys think about this and what do you think I should do?

We did nothing wrong, so nothing. The Dad did have a right to know how his kid was acting, I don't blame that kid really, kids are generally learning things so it's not a big deal to me. I know none of us did anything wrong.

I doubt we will be seeing those kids anytime soon. They are most likely grounded.

And personally, I think VFD Members are really dumb. Don't get me wrong, I think that it's good to stop people's houses burning down, but you and I both know that half of them only join so they can hang out and drink beer all day. They aren't even the ones who are in contact with the fire going on either, usually. They just hang out while others do the work really.

But don't sweat it. We should be good, unless they try to pull out lawyers for filming them. They won't though. Odds are, they just got grounded for being immature asshats.

''we started a baseball team'', i lol'd alot at that....I would of got the shits with them for just having no respect for others and scared the fuck out of them coz i wouldn't take that from some little shit wannabe, wouldnt hit them because im alot older than them and that will only cause more shit to deal with later anyway, not to mention that wouldnt be right aswell. This park is being opened today. It was only closed because they were having issues with their sewer or something and the hillside that the skatepark is on could have fallen down. I wish every park in America was open all the time and open to bikes too!

It is but we work around it. There are a lot of parks that allow both bikes and boards. There is one park near me that is so fun but it doesn't allow bikes and it is such a bummer.

Maybe around you. I have a family member who is in the VFD and he is among the first there most of the time, running right into those fires.

And he CAN'T LEGALLY drink when on duty. Sure some do, but they are not supposed to.

Either way, the only thing you guys did wrong was break into the skatepark.

one time I was at the akatepark in Los Angeles and these three thugged out black dudes stormed into the parka, blunt in hands, rapping out loud chase a nigga always gots something to say, a real nigga typa niggaand once he gets into the park (a giant bowl type of park with street obstacles surrounding the perimeter) so yeah once he gets into the park he just unleashes an insane amount of bouncy balls into the center of the park, like 300 of them and them begins to shred. Meanwhile his homie is going from little white boy to little white boy "aye nigga, lemme ride to bike" finally someone hands him a bike and he charges at the 10ft vetwall and starts hucking these 540s about a foot over coping, what the fuck
