I'm thinking of getting a CCR, will my current Ody V3 with the female axle conversion fit with the 3/8 dropouts? It has the collars like this

In that picture, one of the bolts looks like a 14mm female and the other looks like a 3/8ths female.

Both bolts need to be 3/8ths. Also, it looks like the 3/8ths bolt has a 14mm adapter on the collar. So no, I doubt it would work

The Bolts on mine are 3/8ths but the collar has the built in 14mm adapters.

No, those collars are 14mm and designed to slide into 14mm dropouts. The Credence frame has 3/8" dropouts so it wouldn't work without grinding them off or something

That is what I assumed, thanks.

So, the bolt itself has the collar that slides onto the dropouts? Not the hub? Get different bolts and it'll fit.

No, the hub has press on collars instead of thread on cones and the collars have the 14mm adapters built in. I have not been able to find replacement collars without the 14mm shoulder.

Cut it off if you can? There's plenty of hubs on the market that work that way
