Does anyone here do CrossFit? I'm starting up tomorrow, I feel like it'll help my endurance with riding 10 fold.

Cross fit is trendy and a beast workout. It is dangerous though because of the rapid motions. Once fatigued the body moves weight jerkily and less fluidly which causes a very high amount of injuries. Sprains and hernias being the majority.

Good luck and have fun working out. it is an excellent way to up strength and cardio. Just be careful stay hydrated and don't blow a nut.
