Ya I know it's a match, but it's a mix inside..
1) I was wondering what the best hub guards would be under 30$? I was looking at the Bsd ones... I also looked at the S&M ones but there to expensive for me right now..

2) Does anyone sell the Cult Match laced to the Cult match rim.. Both in orange, I know Dans has them in black hub to orange rims. I'm talking about pre made wheels.

3) Is it true Female? Or She male

1- Try the Bonedeth guard, it's chromoly & under $30, would be better in the long run as it won't deform like aluminum ones do. I have the S&M & it's great, almost 2 years old now & if I like lightly sanded it & threw a fresh coat of paint on it, it would look brand new. aside from one small spot. Whatever you do, do NOT get the Cult Match guard "made" for it. It has no threads, which to me is retarded because it's for a threaded axle hub

2- Just get it laced for free by ordering everything there, I added it up and with regular black sapim spokes, it came out to $197.58 for the wheel since the rim is on sale

Does anyone know if the dailygrind hubguard works on the match hub? I want to replace my fbm with a chromoly guard and have heard some people on here say they had spacing issues, etc.

it's not that hard.. a friend of mine has a few dents in his cult match rim too. for example, when you air out and end up doing a kind of a disaster, or when you are hopping wrong up a curb and your rear wheel hits it

That's not the rim's fault, that's from running low tire pressure. I run lower than most people do for tire pressure, 60 or 50 usually, and one time I slammed my bike against a guard rail cause I was pissed off & dented the shit out of it. A G-Sport rim. any rim can have that happen to it if you hit it hard enough & run low tire pressure

yeah i know, i wasn't saying it was the rim's fault, but if you don't run a high pressure, it can happen easily

Daily Grind LT is chromoly, universal, and only $19. I love mine so far. Slides like butter and protects the wide flange of my Gsport Ratchet. Its also a bit shallower than most guards, HOPEFULLY eliminating the need for an extra washer and frame spreading.

If youre fine with a alloy w/ plastic sleeve, the Animal PYN is real cheap and replaces your non drive hardware, so no frame spreading. I had one and custom tapped it to work with my Remix (different axle than mix/match) and it held up great. Sleeve eventually cracked but new ones are only $3 AND animal announced they are releasing a chromoly sleeve for it in the near future.

Either of these are great choices and MUCH cheaper than ever other guard of their kind.

And if your front hub has a 15mm center axle, the Daily Grind Front (chromoly) will fit it and is also cheaper than mosy guards ($15)
