So i was cutting down my male axle in the front with a hack saw but the saw didnt cut straight, would i be able to use an angle grinder to level it out. Also could a bench grinder level the axle out too?

Either should work fine. Why not?

You could use a 90° die grinder if you have a good eye for getting it square. I guess you could use a bench grinder, but you might need to clean the threads up with a die when you're done.

Use the angle grinder, have it on the bike with the nuts still on, that way when you come to take the nuts off for whatever reason it will remove any burrs and straighten out any bad threads as it can be harder to get the nut threaded back on shaft when you have the nuts off.

The saw blade will want to follow the thread. Do what weegaz said, but file the edges neat before taking the nut off. If it's an alloy nut, put a steel one on first
