I am interested in learning about daily life routines that can help benefit or may harm ones ability to ride. To be the best I wish to start with how I can positively impact my riding experience. I read alex kennedy is a raw foodist. Are there other lifestyle choices that can influence riding positively?? Let's discuss {:. Thanks for your time!!

Healthy diet, exercise, and riding a lot. Also taking it in steps, if you can't bar, don't try to truck.

Click bait titles should be a bannable offense.

Anyway, use protection.
Helmets, pads and gloves. You may look goofy but your body will thank you in the long run.

In real life, i'm a short Perverted Azn Man.
But in the internet, i'm a killing machine with 10 years MMA training experience.

Foods are most important to me. I noticed that if I cut off some sugar and extra carbs, the next few days I'll feel a lot more "up" during the day and that gets me through school to start riding off fresh. Also, positivity and friends contribute much to riding, maybe not so much health, but it's a good plus! Surround yourself with uplifting riders, works well for learning, it's helped me a ton, especially with positive encouragement for new tricks. Wear a HELMET! No matter what, it's always worth saving your head! Gloves are nice as well.

Keep shredding! :D

Have fun and don't worry about how "good" you are.

Switch your set up and buy parts you want and it'll get you pumped to ride a bike regardless of what's going on . Even little things like a stem in the mail will make me want to ride a bike before and after its installed to see the difference

Lifestyle changes: cut out the night life and put in some sleep. You will feel recharged like no energy drink can ever recharge you.

Eat healthy foods, cut out the fat, add in sugar for fast energy, and pasta the day before a jam, for dinner, is rally great.

Lastly, and most importantly, pad up. In order of importance:

-Helment
-Knee and shin guards
-Elbow guards
-Upper torso bulletproof kevlar protection

It doesn't matter where a train goes. It's decidin' to get on that does.
