That's a VFR, bloghogs would probably know, but I would guess mid to late 90s.
You could email GT (they own/owned Dyno) and they might be able to help if you give em the serial number.

Thank you for the response I did send him a message. The bike now is disassembled I purchased blue tires,pedals,grips,bearings, and misc. buffed out the frame last night and it looks great

VFR's are timeless. I was always stoked to see them out in the wild so to speak when I was a youngen. I had a choice between the Dyno VFR and a GT Mach One. I went with the Mach One. Nice piece of BMX history you got there Marc. Ride it and show it no mercy lol
This was my first BMX, loved that thing but it only lasted a year or so. #RIP, yours is looking good tho, enjoy.
