forks are good and cranks are good. you might need a new bottom bracket later on. i have my eastern bottom bracket on a fly mosca 2 frame now and its creaking.

no its not. i can do everything i can do on my 21lb eastern on a 38lb gt zone which is a flatlad bike. it doesn't matte what you ride.
