the only thing that broke was the chain but after like 1 year and a half


also then the bike got stolen


in may of 2008
i put new bars forks tire sprocket into it and more to come was going to be this year but now i got anew bike

my mate has got the 09 elerment and arfter 5 weeks it is all ready falling apart

i have friends with easterns.. theyve had them for years and had no problems what so ever. just because you hear things or you were unlucky with yours doesnt mean anything to me.. i am still interested i just wanna see some pics first

ive never owned an eastern or even an eastern part, but from the amount of bad reviews ive heard about their parts, i dont think im going to take my chances with them. i would rather just get a bike or a part from a company that is well trusted

you should try it out for yourself instead of listening to other peoples' comments. i like my eastern

easterns are fine. the only problem that i had was my bars bent, but that was because i got the metalhead and they weren't cro-moly.

My buddy bought an eastern Had it for 7 months (upgraded and built a custom)
Kid has anger problems and threw it out of a bowl numerous times after failed attempts at 5s, litteraly dropped the bowl and ghost rode that shit striaght out, hucked it at ledges when he couldnt pedal slide them all kinds of bad things.

My friend had the eastern jane 08' model and the frame got bent and out of nowhere the bottom bracket just decided 2 crack? thats y eastern should have a lifetime warrenty!!! So now he's riding the 2009 stolen sinner

Eastern does have a life time warranty.
