Elbow Pain When I 180 on a Quarter

A few months ago I was doing 180's on a Quarter (spinning to the left) and then my left elbow would hurt every time I tensed it or when I landed but I just thought I landed heavy. But today I was doing 180's on a quarter(spinning to the left) and again, my arm would hurt every time I tensed it or when I landed.
How can I fix this or is there something that I am doing wrong?

It could be your joints, or your arm isnt strong enough. Jus get used to it.

same thing happened to me i just put tiger balm on and relaxed for a day and i was fine

i get the same pain occasionaly but then i jus rest for like 20 min till it goes away but for you maaye reest for a day or two then try again if it still happens maybe u jus need to get used to it

But I can bunny hop off of ledges and down stairs with no pain and I can 180 flat and it doesn't hurt but when I 180 on a quarter it does hurt

youre airing out and it hurts? a kid at my skatepark has 4 weeks to go until his collarbone is healed and he can air just fine

You might just be bracing your arms differently then when you do stuff flat and its fucking up your joint. Before I got some new insoles for my cleats I couldn't even run. Its cause my cleats were flat and had no padding/arch support so it was putting pressure on my knees and making them stiff and weak.

ok, again could someone tell me what they i'm doing wrong NOT the injury because i have had it before and it went after two weeks but when i tried it again it hurt again so how can i stop this?

you might have carpal tunnel or summin like that, cos i know you can get that in your elbow. your technique could be wrong, making your wrists damaged and swell slightly

i used to have alot of arm trouble when riding the pocket ( like, open ended bowl thing ) and i found it was because my bars were too narrow and low. ud be surprised at how much numbers effect ur riding, frames that are too short can cause back pain, bars can cause arm issues. god knows

Adapt I can't ride my bike normally cause my feet (I have growth plate problems, they will always be in a sprained state) are messed up so I ride on my tippy toes.
