Anybody know if empire gives you a tracking number? Ordered a tire from them and didn't get one in the email. Couldn't find it on their site either. On an unrelated note, any good mail orders in the pacific northwest? Or atleast the west coast?

I never got one for my frame, and an order i placed last year. But i ordered a bunch of stuff a month ago (everything except wheels) and got a tracking number for that package. Im from canada tho. Empire is legit. I've put in three orders for big stuff and everything was gravy.
If you just placed the order, they're closed Sunday. They'll come thru.

Yeah they'll usually send you a email telling you when it's shipped, at least they have every time i ordered from them. I just bought some bars from them and they sent me an email the next day with a tracking number. When did you order?

I've always got a tracking number from them. They're good don't worry. They may have just forgot. They're more like a mom n pop store that puts the customer first, not a money hungry corporation

Ya I know they're legit. Ordered from em years ago. I ordered it Saturday. I'll probably get the email tomorrow. Also you guys ever order from Niagara cycle works on amazon? Did it take forever for them to ship? Fuckin been 5 days since I ordered my mds and they still haven't shipped.

I've heard some people had problems with niagara. It seems some of the stuff they list isn't in store, It's still at the distributor. Try to contact them and find out. I'll bet empire gets busy this time of year too. They'll probably ship it tomoro.

Niagara is SWEET!c
I ordered stuff 2 days before christmas & I got it christmas eve & shipping is usaully a little longer from them & it was supposed to be delivered in january.

Ya I contacted them, maybe they'll hook it up with faster shipping. And its actually been 6 days since I ordered. Wouldn't be such a big deal but I don't have a sprocket until it gets here.

Just thought I'd update. Still haven't got my mds from niagara cycle works. When I emailed they said they would ship it 3 day shipping and that they were very sorry about the incovenience. As of right now it says 3 days until delivery under tracking (they shipped it ground and not 3 day like they said.) So its looking like its gonna end up being most likely 15 days from the time I ordered when it gets here (its been 12 as of today.) Im really more angry about them lying about shipping than the whole length of the process but its still irritating. I wont be straying away from empire, albes or dans again. Figured it was worth posting.
