Experimenting with something. WTP + Fit?

No! The fork on the nova is made for an unintegrated headset, so it wouldn't work with the wifi frame. Find a higher end complete if you're going to do that, or just build a custom bike.

Thought the same thing, now trying to decide if I want to just be cheap and lazy and just buy the Nova or build off the wifi v2 and make it look like the Nova. (Metalllic blue version)

You'd need to buy a new headset anyway, just buy one that comes with a crown race and swap it with the one that's already on there.
Although, you'll be putting crap parts from a cheap bike onto a nice frame. Just find a second hand custom build, or upgrade parts gradually. You could easily build an awesome bike out of second hand bits for the cost of a fit frame
