How much does this thing cost??

I know Jon has been working on a flatland bike and he owns a shiny Ezra coaster, was it him? haha

And that's awesome. If i could get an ezra coaster, this might be a logical thing for me to do! I like the female hubs a lot better and i would dig this. One day... haha

Dude thats so sick! I would want a true 14mm female for a hub. I bet that you could make a Gsport ratchet or antigram into a coaster using the ideas from the Ezra. Just getting the same thing from it. Really all you would need is different pawls, new springs resembling the eclat blind or ezra and then a clutch disk.

iirc hardbmxtim was going to do the same thing but ended up going with a much cheaper route (freemix) instead of getting it custom machined

If you can do this then why aren't there any true 14mm female coasters on the market?

because this is a true 3/8 female, its a 15mm female with 3/8 bolts, unless he decided that 15mm center axles with 14mm female bolts were strong enough lmao

17mm between the bearings i think, it says 15mm thick as well

So it still only uses 3/8 bolts? That's gay.

not gay considering its going on a flatland frame that has 3/8 dropouts...

Wasnt done with CNC, I did it manually on a lathe. You can still get the work accurate and precise enough if you dont rush it.
Yeah this was for a flatland frame with 3/8ths dropouts, 15mm up the the end of the bearings, 17mm in the centre. Lots of demand for this type of thing im told :L
true 14mm female axle wouldnt be impossible, but id need to make some of the other parts custom and that takes time and effort... and money.. and my male 14mm is doing fine right now haha!
