Ok here's the specs:
Gsport Marmoset
Animal RS
Laced by professional, not Danny Dans
3 cross, inner/outer lacing like normal
Steel spokes, no titanium
Fit T/A tire, 2.30
For the front, I run psi on the low side but nothing crazy, soft but never hit the rim on the ground.
Wheel is still pretty true.
Bearings are fine.
So, there's a creaking, squeaking pingy noise. only when I crank forward, or shift side to side while pedaling. Doesn't happen when coasting. It's not the cranks, not the headset, I've checked everything else. I can hear the spokes making the noise. Spokes feel tight still. As far as breaking them in, they've been getting dropped on all spring and summer.
So, what the fuck is this and how do I make it stop? As someone who is OCD about noises, it's pissing me off to the point where I'm screaming swears out loud and riding blows shit right now.
Any info will help. Hopefully all the info is above.
