I haven't rode or skated either. The Janoskis were always way to slim for me but a lot of people seem to like them.

I love nike. i wont buy anything else. I have three pairs of The Janoski's (school, ride, walk around) MOST comfortable shoe i have ever worn. I am looking to get a fourth anyone have any color suggestions. I have tan, royal blue, and black/gum.

osiris and etnies, they both have really good ankle protection and are padded well under foot, i wear ankle braces too but i still like to have a nice thick shoe around my ankle.

I agree with anyone who said Half Cabs. Never sleep a pedal on Van's waffle grip. Super comfortable. Decent Price. Sick design. All around a great riding shoe.

i used to think halfcabs were the best but then i got janoskis , MID TOP JANOSKIS FOR LIFE , legit the only show i will buy until they stop making them i guess, this one pair has lasted me so damn long , and still have life
i make fun of every swag fag with janoskis on that look brand new everyday when on the tounge it says "for daily use" use them bitches !

I love half cabs because i'm personally a Vans kind of guy, i was never a huge fan of Nikes. I would try them though just to have a reference.
