I have found a V3 on ebay for £20, the user says it skips every now and then and I have narrowed it down to either the ball spring or the clutch. SO hopefully I can git this on the cheap side. I am probably going to lace it to a Federal Motion rim.
Anyways, what are your thoughts on the coaster itself?.

It has KHE internals so it's the same as 99% of other coasters, but if you can get it cheap (not sure how much that is in USD and can't be fucked to find out) and you can fix it Id say go for it

I think just the shell plus all internals would still be less ththan one new
