I have personally never ridden there but it's been a dream since the first time I saw Scotty riding there in a video 3 years ago and I am personally a little heartbroken to see I probably won't have that chance.

18 years that’s a long time to have a park survive

Sad to see it go but if it’s getting difficult to own financially then there isn’t another choice. I’m sure the crew will ride as much and still make great videos but I feel sorry for people in that area where it is as they won’t have a skatepark to ride at.

You'd think that with the recent world invasion of the scooter kids, privately owned skate parks would be raking it in.

No one who rides a scooter is old enough to have a job , hard market to make money on unemployed 12 year olds

Every indoor park I go to is packed full of them. Their parents pay for them.

That’s weird I’ve seen parks open up be packed with scooters at first then after a while their parents get tired of taking their scooters kids to the park then the parks slow right down , but at that point none of the skaters or bikers want to go cause they where infested with scooters at first then the park just dies cause no one goes

I think that most parks that stay open have funding from the city and don't have to worry about the expense of property tax or they are ran by non profit organizations

Definitely a bummer to see it go. Never been near it myself, but it feels bad, man.

Knowing Scotty and his crew, though, they'll find something awesome to do with the ramps.
